Marque ("the app") is developed by MT Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). We built Marque to be private by default. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
All watermarking — for photos and for video — is performed locally on your device. Your images and videos are not uploaded, transmitted, stored, or processed on any server we or anyone else controls. We never see your media.
Marque has no sign-up and no login. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or photo library contents.
Marque Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we never receive or store your payment card details.
To manage subscription entitlements, we use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes purchase information (such as the product purchased, transaction and renewal status) and an anonymous, randomly generated app-user identifier, along with limited device information used to validate the purchase. This data is used solely to deliver and restore the features you paid for and to prevent fraud. It is not linked to your real-world identity and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
If you enable sharing with Apple, standard crash and performance diagnostics may be provided to us by Apple in aggregate, without information that identifies you. We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Marque is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because Marque does not collect personal information tied to your identity, there is no personal profile for us to access, correct, or delete. To cancel a subscription, use your Apple Account settings. To remove all app data, simply delete the app.
If we update this policy, we will revise the date above and post the new version at this URL.
