Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Marque ("the app"), developed by MT Solutions, LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Marque on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Free plan and subscriptions

Marque includes a free plan covering your first 20 photo exports and first 20 video exports. Beyond that, unlimited exports require a Marque Pro subscription, offered as an auto-renewable subscription on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

Your content and your responsibility

Marque is a tool for marking media you own or have the right to mark. You are solely responsible for the content you watermark and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights. Applying a copyright notice with Marque does not itself create, register, or guarantee any legal copyright; it is a labeling and branding tool.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Marque to misappropriate content belonging to others, to impersonate another creator, or for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MT Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
