Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and MT Solutions, LLC ("we", "us") for your use of GreenRoom: Teleprompter Studio ("GreenRoom" or "the app"). By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

GreenRoom is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add details specific to GreenRoom. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

2. License to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GreenRoom on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the Standard EULA and Apple's App Store rules. You may not copy, resell, rent or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. The app, its design, its built-in backgrounds and its code belong to us or our licensors.

3. Your content

You own what you make. Your videos, scripts, and the photos you use as backgrounds stay yours. They are stored on your iPhone, not on our servers, so we do not receive them and claim no rights to them.

Because your content lives on your device, you are responsible for keeping copies you care about, for example by saving takes to Photos or Files. Deleting the app deletes the content stored inside it.

4. Acceptable use

Use GreenRoom lawfully and respect other people. In particular, do not use the app to:

• Record people without the consent the law requires where you are.
• Use photos, backgrounds, scripts or music you do not have the right to use.
• Create content that is illegal, harassing or hateful, or that impersonates someone or misleads people in a way that harms them.
• Break the rules of the platforms where you post.

You are responsible for the videos you record and publish with GreenRoom.

5. AI-generated scripts

The AI script writer creates text automatically, using Apple's on-device model, the app's built-in writer, or a provider you connect with your own key. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or similar to content that already exists. It is not professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal or financial advice.

Review and edit every script before you publish it. You are responsible for what you say on camera and post.

If you connect your own OpenAI or Google Gemini API key, your use of that service is governed by that provider's terms, and any usage charges are billed to your account with that provider, not by us.

6. Free features and GreenRoom Pro

The free version includes the teleprompter, the script library, 3 green-screen takes and 3 AI scripts. GreenRoom Pro adds unlimited green-screen takes, unlimited AI scripts, 4K recording, and your own photos as backgrounds.

GreenRoom Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with three plans: $9.99 per month, $24.99 every 3 months, or $49.99 per year (US prices). Prices in other countries may differ and are shown in the app before you confirm. Each plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

To cancel, go to your Apple Account settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions) at least 24 hours before renewal. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Apple handles all payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We use RevenueCat to confirm your subscription status and unlock Pro. If we ever change subscription prices, Apple will notify you as its rules require.

7. Changes to the app

We may update, change or remove features over time, including the backgrounds, AI options and limits of the free version. If a change removes something you paid for during an active subscription period, you can cancel as described above.

8. Disclaimers

GreenRoom is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the green screen cutout will be perfect in every scene or light, or that recordings will never be lost. Your device, storage space and iOS settings also affect how the app works.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MT Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, content, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use GreenRoom. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for GreenRoom in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You can stop using GreenRoom at any time by deleting it. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. Sections 3, 5, 8 and 9 continue to apply after that.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms. This version is effective September 27, 2026.
